1. Cup Noodles Museum
Though cup noodles are not the best food you can eat in Japan, visiting this museum gives you some insight on how the noodles are made. You will learn how they used to be made in the past and how it is made now using technologies. You could also make noodles yourself because they offer hands on workshops.
2. Hiroshima's Peace Memorial Park
You cannot go to Japan and not visit Hiroshima. After the bomb in Hiroshima, the city was rebuilt. The bomb area was a political area, but now it became a place to honor those who died in the bombing and a gallery of how the city was rebuilt as well as the many pictures from the bombing.
Japan is known for being an earthquake country. Thus, the Kobo Earthquake Memorial Museum was built to honor the people who died in the earthquakes, and educate the visitors about earthquakes and ways to prevent or manage them.
