Meeting

Part of Japanese business etiquette is wearing formal dress as it is very important in business affairs because it plays an important role and it considered as Protocol. A person should maintain his behavior in the meeting because if not, it would represent a lack of confidence. In the meeting, all people present should respect Japanese culture. That means they would first bow, or wait to see if your Japanese counterpart initiates a handshake.
